Pop monthly  Questions and feedback Where are you going to be selling your magazine? So well give them to local newsagents and to local supermarkets, the first magazine we will send them a small amount of copies to see how well they sell in each store, so we can find which stores need the most and what stores need the least amount of copies to sell each time. Do you think there is other places where a music magazine will sell well, perhaps somewhere music is played? There's lots of music shops in Hertfordshire like hmv which I think would be a good place to sell the magazine as it will attract people who listen to music when the go in there.  How are you going to market your magazine? So there will be a social media account which will post stories and posts on when and where the magazines are going to be sold. there will be posters round Hertfordshire like bus stops and places where a lot ofd people go so they can see a magazine is going to come out. With the social me...

Pop monthly Questions  How will the online copy differ to the physical copy? The online copy will be in page form, so there will be a button you can click to go in-between pages. the magazine will be scanned in and read like an actual magazine. You will also be able to bookmark the pages. With the £3 to £4.50 price will that pay for everything that you need? Depending on each magazine that will be released, will depend on how much we will need to cover the costs, if we have resources left over from previous weeks that we can use we will, meaning we won't need as many personnel which will affect if the price will be cheaper or not. Would you be looking to pay for advertising for your magazine? What I said in one of the briefs we will release the first copy and see how the advertisement goers from there and then we can make a judgement on if we need to get advertisements from there. Is there any research to justify your colour choice?   Ive seen that a lot of...

From the client brief I can infer that the client requires me to make a front cover and double page spread for a Hertfordshire based music magazine. The client wants the magazine to spread awareness of the Hertfordshire music scene. Idea 1 Music festivals in Hertfordshire One idea I have for my magazine is music festivals and events in Hertfordshire. This idea could be very informative for music lovers in Hertfordshire and for people that want to go to festivals that are local to them. I would choose multiple music festivals and events in Hertfordshire so that people could see many different options of what festivals there are to go to. I think by choosing multiple festivals it will show a range of venues and genres of music so it will appeal to a wider audience. The price of this magazine will be £4.99 and will be released monthly. The target audience for this magazine will be 16-25 years old. I have chosen this age group as this is the main age that people go to festivals. Also a lot...
